Can I change my mind after placing an order?

If you change your mind shortly after placing an order, you can get in touch with us directly via email at enquiry@boldfoxes.com.

For most releases, you may be eligible to cancel or return your order in line with our policies below.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

For standard releases, cancellation or change requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate any requests made after this time, as the artwork will already have entered production or dispatched—either directly to you or sent for framing.

 

My artwork has arrived and it's not what I expected. What can I do?

If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us via email at enquiry@boldfoxes.com as soon as possible.

If damage is visible on delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

If an issue is discovered after delivery, you must notify us within 14 days of discovering the issue. Notifications made within this time will be treated as valid.

If appropriate, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please note that you will not be eligible to claim under this clause if you were made aware of the issue prior to purchase.

 

What is your returns policy?

Once your artwork has arrived, you have 14 days to let us know if you're not 100% happy with it and would like a refund. You can get in touch with us at enquiry@boldfoxes.com.

We are only able to process refunds for artworks returned in perfect condition and in original packaging, with accompanying documents enclosed – including the Certificate of Authenticity and any other items within the box.

For returns we may arrange a door to door collection, which we will coordinate with you directly. A tracking number will be provided. Please do not book your own courier unless asked to do so by us as this will not be tracked by our system and could mean that your order is not eligible for a refund.

Once we have safely received the artwork we will process your refund. ​​Refunds for returned goods will be made within 14 days of us receiving them. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and can take upto 10 days to appear in your account.

You will be refunded for the price of the artwork, minus a handling fee. The exact amount varies based on size, weight and location.

If your delivery address is within the EU, we will refund you any EU VAT that you paid as part of your order. However, we are unable to refund any import duties paid by you on import to local customs. In some cases, you may be able to reclaim these costs from your local tax authorities.

 

Am I eligible for a replacement or a return?

Artworks must be returned in perfect condition, including in their original packaging and with the Certificate of Authenticity, if applicable. We are unable to accept any returns that are missing their Certificate of Authenticity.
