If you’ve selected your print for framing, please allow additional time, as all our frames are made to order.

How is my order packaged?

We ship all of our artworks in bespoke Bold Foxes packaging – designed to ensure safe arrival. Where applicable, a certificate of authenticity is placed inside the box. Please take care when opening and unpacking.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders are dispatched from the UK using premium carriers. Shipping costs depend on the weight, size and destination of your piece. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and included in the total cost of your order.

Is my order insured during shipping?

We assess the value of all artwork to determine the insurance requirements if an issue were to happen during delivery. Our team will be happy to help with any enquiry regarding your order.

My artwork has arrived and is not what I was expecting. Can I return for a refund?

If your artwork arrives and is not what you were expecting, please contact us as soon as possible. You have 14 days to notify us about the problem and we will be happy to arrange a refund or replacement.
